Wilson Homes


The Wilson Homes stony begins 43 years ago with Leo Wilson's first homes. A business graduate of CSU Fresno then Fresno State, Leo had grown up in the South San Joaquin Valley before moving to Fresno from Porterville.

In the years that followed, he raised a daughter, Cindy and two sons, Todd and Mark with his wife Laura and built an organization that seems like a second family. Today, with sons Todd and Mark, the Wilson Homes family continues to set the standard for custom homes and planned neighborhoods and communities. Each Wilson home site and neighborhood is located to ensure lasting value, convenient access to the surrounding community features and always excellent schools. Though the Wilsons have built throughout the Central Valley their focus has most notably been the North Fresno and Clovis areas.

The Wilsons continue to branch out to the east in Clovis. In a list of projects and developments that truly is a list of "Firsts", Wilson was the first to build an entire custom home planned community at Royal Coach Estates, the first lakeside development with Lakeview Condominiums, the first master planned community, The Dominion and the first natural ecosystem lake development at Lake Van Ness.
