Garage door - Overhead Doors Service in Fresno, CA
Hello, my name is John Frazier. First, I would like to thank you for the opportunity to serve you and our community by providing a professional company that is continually striving to improve the quality of the home remodeling experience. As a prelude to our services, I wish to provide you with some very important information, which you as a consumer and likely homeowner, will need to know prior to selecting a contractor to work on your home!

DID YOU KNOW?

The CSLB recommends that you only hire licensed contractors. Hiring an unlicensed contractor may jeopardize your ability to recover payment or warranty when problems occur.

DID YOU KNOW?

When you hire a contractor without workers compensation insurance and they become injured on your property, you may be responsible for the medical and disability expenses incurred. Furthermore, if the contractor you hire does not carry liability insurance and the installation fails and damages your property or injures someone that you love, you may have no financial protection!

DID YOU KNOW?

The California Business and Professions Code requires that a contractor use a home improvement contract which affords you certain rights.

I am sad to say that there are many people in our community posing as legitimate contractors. Please insist upon seeing the documents supporting the contractor's compliance with these issues, such as licenses, insurance certificates, etc; and be wary of people who are not willing or unable to provide this information to you. Another way to determine the stability of such a contractor is to visit their office or showroom. You may also choose to research the contractor's history with the Contractor's State License Board. This information and much more is available to you at http://www.cslb.ca.gov/.

Please protect yourself from unnecessary trials and distress. Do not jeopardize the home that you have worked hard to earn. Only you, the consumer, can do these things, and in doing so, you can help to promote higher standards of exportations from other legitimate contractors in our community.
Sincerely,
John Frazier
President and CEO
