WARNING: Your garage door springs, bottom brackets, and cables operate under EXTREME tension. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ADJUST OR REMOVE as this can cause extreme injuries and death. |
| General Door Maintenance It is recommended your door be lubricated once every six months. Do not use an oil-based lubricant (such as WD-40) as it wears off within a few uses. CVOD offers an industry-grade lubricant for this purpose. For optimum performance of your garage door, lubricate every part that moves, such as hinges, rollers, and the spring(s). Thoroughly spray each part, operate the door two cycles and repeat, then letting the door remain closed a minimum half hour. By regularly lubricating your garage door you increase the longevity of the springs, rollers, and hinges. |

| General Operator Maintenance Each operator purchased from and installed by Central Valley Overhead Door, Inc. comes with an Owner’s Manual, outlining necessary maintenance of your operator. If you did not receive one at the time of installation, kindly contact our office and one will be provided to you at non cost. (Please have your invoice number ready.) Weather conditions may necessitate minor adjustments of your operator, especially during the first year. Only a screw driver is needed for these adjustments. Adjustments should be checked monthly |
